Established from a garage in the South of England whilst converting a unit in 2015. Over the years, a Coach House, Beach House and apartment conversions we found ourselves in Mallorca. After completing an Andratx Town House we arrive at Project Number 6. Anjuna.
About
Immersed in property from a young age, working on-site and in estate agencies, which naturally led to begin small projects early in life. After finance training, then travelling, he entered the world of maritime. This career enabled him to save and pursue his true passion: property development.
Following several successful small-scale projects – ranging from a garage conversion to a coach house and a beach house, along with multiple apartment developments – he eventually relocated to the Mediterranean hub of Palma de Mallorca. There, he completed his first renovation project: a traditional village home in Andratx.
With future plans already underway, he carefully studied the local market and secured his next site. This marked the beginning of Project Number 6: Anjuna. A soon-to-be four-bedroom, three-bathroom, 250 m² home overlooking the Tramuntana Mountains in Andratx, Mallorca.
